Welcome, Guest Bloggers!
Do you have a useful tip or recommendation to share with San Diego Law Firm's Lawsuits & Disputes Blog readers? We welcome contributions from guest bloggers who would like to share interesting information on any non-legal topics or ideas for rebounding from problems, avoiding injuries and conflicts, and resolving disputes and getting along with others. For example: making a comeback after a serious illness or injury; managing different types of losses or setbacks; avoiding injuries at home, at work, and on the road; resolving or avoiding conflicts with employees / business partners / customers / suppliers; or resolving or avoiding disagreements with neighbors or family. We accept written and video blog posts that meet our guidelines.
How Our Guest Blogging Program Works:
1) Use our contact form to give us a few sentences summarizing what you'd like to write about, or, if you are producing a video, the topic of your video.
2) We'll contact you to go over the details. Posts must remain under 1000 words, and video topics must be less than four minutes. We can include images with your blog post, if you send them separately as jpegs, gifs, or pngs.
3) You may include a link back to your website or any other content channel you would like to promote.
4) We will give you 24 hours notice before your post goes up, so you can tell your friends and business associates.
The Rules for Publication:
1) Your contribution has to be genuinely useful to our readers.
2) It must be original content, not someone else's work.
3) It should not include any offensive content, such as hate speech, obscenity, or defamation.
4) We reserve the right to reject any contribution that we do not feel is a good fit for us.
5) We reserve the right to edit your contribution to correct grammar, spelling, and typos.
6) We reserve the right to decide when we will use your contribution, and we may hold it for weeks or even months to better fit it in with other topics.
When Contributing, You Agree to These Legal Terms:
1. You retain the ownership of your contribution.
2. You grant San Diego Law Firm a non-exclusive copyright license to publish your contribution online and to distribute it by email to our subscribers.
3. You represent that you are the author of your contribution.
4. You represent that your contribution doesn’t violate the rights of any third parties.
5. If your contribution includes names, photos, or other identifying information about other persons, you represent that you have their permission to include this information. If we request, you agree to provide a release from them (we can give you a form for the release).
Guest Bloggers, we look forward to hearing from you!
